EastEnders Spoilers: Jack Branning makes a confession to Tiffany
This episode of EastEnders sees Jack Branning's jail fears, Shirley Carter meddling in Phil Mitchell's business and Rainie Branning left in a fix...
EastEnders' Jack Branning is seriously worried after a visit from police contact Muski. He's been warned that his name came up in an investigation into the attack on Tiffany Butcher’s rapist Fraser.
After Tiff finds out that Muski has been in the Square, Jack is forced to tell her that he beat up Fraser. Realising he’s in big trouble, Jack asks girlfriend Denise Fox to give him an alibi. But when he won’t tell her any details she refuses.
Denise’s ex Kush Kazemi gives her some advice and she decides to help out Jack after all. When Jack continues to refuse to tell her the details of the situation, as he’s trying to protect Tiff, Denise dumps him.
With Tiff feeling guilty, Jack has a heart-to-heart with her. When Max Branning finds out the police are on their way to question Jack, he suggests his brother go into hiding. Will Jack do a runner?
Shirley Carter’s getting increasingly involved in Phil Mitchell’s business. After she sees Phil’s son Ben Mitchell returning to the Square following an all-nighter, she tells Phil that Ben’s behaviour is getting out of control.
At his wit’s end with Ben, Phil talks to Lola Pearce and Keanu Taylor about what’s been going on. He realises he needs to take drastic action. Will this have far-reaching consequences for Ben?
Meanwhile, Shirley is still on the case for Phil trying to find out if the Slaters took his money. When she sees Jean Slater with some new clothes she is suspicious.
Rainie Branning is stuck in the hotel with no money. She’s in a real fix over how to escape without paying her bill. Kathy Beale now knows about baby Abi Branning’s disappearance and she angrily confronts Max Branning about not calling the police on kidnapper Rainie. Will she force him to change his mind?
Also, Gray Atkins encourages teenager Keegan Baker to do a day’s work experience with him to see if it’s the career for him.
EastEnders continues on BBC1 on Thursday at 7.30 pm
