Reality TV favourite Joey Essex joins Made in Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews, TOWIE’s Lydia Bright, Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan and Ex on the Beach star Ashley Cain as they are put in charge of a luxury hotel on the Greek island of Ios, where the pressure is on to give guests a five-star experience.

In the first episode, Joey is given the lowly job of bellboy and has a shaky start when he manages to get lost showing some guests to their rooms.

Spencer, who has hotel experience, lands himself the more prestigious role as Front of House, and Lydia has to cover for Ashley when he doesn’t turn up to his shift on time.

We wonder who will get voted Employee of the Season?
