The Hairy Bikers head west and give the US a taste of some traditional British fare in this week’s Hairy Bikers: Route 66 on BBC2

Si King and Dave Myers continue their US adventure in BBC2’s Hairy Bikers: Route 66 this week, beginning in Devil’s Elbow, Missouri, and a bar popular with bikers and famed for its BBQ.

They rustle up their own take on BBQ river fish with dirty corn and avocado salsa, which goes down a treat with the locals.
