Home and Away spoilers: Brody Morgan and Ziggy Astoni get married!

Home and Away - Brody Morgan and Ziggy Astoni

Despite the bride getting cold feet the night before, Brody and Ziggy's Big Day arrives as their friends and family gather at the beach for their wedding

The morning after the night before, Ziggy comes to her senses and realises she does still love Brody and wants to marry him. She was having a temporary wobble, so the wedding is back on!

As Brody nervously waits for Ziggy, the bride arrives with dad Ben in the vintage hot rod car. A proud Ben walks Ziggy down the aisle and the couple prepare to exchange their wedding vows.

After all the ups and downs of recent weeks, it looks like Ziggy is finally going to become a part of the Morgan family, and Brody a part of the Astoni family. Despite her decision to stop chemotherapy treatment, Maggie looks on, happy to be there for her daughter's special day.

Elsewhere, Olivia and Hunter are feeling awkward after spending the night together. Meanwhile, things are finally going well in the romance department for Mason, when Dempsey re-appears and invites him back to her place.

Home and Away continues weekdays at 1:15pm and 6:00pm on Channel 5

Writer

Simon has long been a fan of soap operas, and especially loves OVER-THE-TOP plots involving evil twins, hair-pulling catfights and natural disasters. Anyone remember the Sunset Beach earthquake/tidal wave? Or when Krystle Carrington got locked in the attic and replaced by look-a-like Rita in Dynasty?!

Simon has written for a variety of TV and childrens’ magazines/websites including Inside Soap, Nickelodeon, What’s On TV, Radio Times, Metro, Girl Talk, Disney Girl, Toxic! and Digital Spy. He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.

Simon is also co-author of The Treasures Of Coronation Street (Carlton Books)

And the writer and director of (very!) low budget fright flick, Midsummer Night's EVIL and the sequel webisodes series, The Hatchet Woods HORROR.
