Mild-mannered Holby ED doctor Ethan sees more of tea lady Honey than he’d bargained for this week when he allows his brother Cal to bring him to a strip club!
Earlier that day we see doctor Ethan and Honey bonding over the coffeepots. Normally reserved Ethan let’s his guard down with Honey, during a stressful shift involving a tricky patient.
Later, buoyed by a successful diagnosis, Ethan throws caution to the wind and goes on a boys’ night out with his womanising brother Cal. After one drink too many Cal, hospital porter Max and nurse Lofty persuade reluctant Ethan to go to a strip club with them. An uncomfortable Ethan wanders into the club only to spot a familiar face – Honey on stage… pole dancing!
Elsewhere, have-a-go hero Gloria Pots winds up in the ED after attacking what seems to be a violent robber in a jewellery shop where she was shopping. Soon Dylan and Big Mac become concerned for their colourful patient (guest star Gwyneth Powell). As Gloria’s condition takes a turn for the worse will she’s forced to reveal an embarrassing secret – she can’t control her bladder.
Clinical lead Connie takes her troublesome daughter Grace to work when she’s expelled from school. It’s soon clear Connie isn’t the mothering type and Zoe steps in to help. But after their shift Zoe gives Connie some unwanted advice – you shouldn’t have brought Grace to the ED!
And unknown to Connie, vengeful Hailey Blake has recorded unflattering footage of Connie shaking her daughter!
Meanwhile, Ash seems to have developed a dangerous God delusion since surviving the crash, which killed paramedic Jeff. Connie realises something is wrong with the doctor and insists he returns to his counselling sessions.
