Filmed with body-mounted cameras on the paramedics of the West Midlands Ambulance Service, this returning weekday series gets up close to some of the 3,000 callouts they receive a day.

First up is Louise, 42, who suffers from a spinal condition.

She needs painkillers and a gentle ride to hospital where her pain can be further managed. Other patients include a two-year-old who’s had a fit, and a 94-year-old man who’s had a fall.
