Parents at Holby College want to give paramedic Jeff a bravery award for acting beyond the call of duty at the mass shooting a few weeks ago. Jordan's delighted with the positive PR for the hospital, but Jeff is deeply unhappy about all the attention and, charging outside, smashes up the ambulance! Later, when a patient taunts him about his heroics, Jeff loses his temper completely and beats him up! Storming home, Jeff breaks down in tears. Meanwhile, Big Mac and Dixie are forced to step in on the live news special. Elsewhere, Michelle Collins returns as Camille and immediately has a heated confrontation with Kirsty. And Jordan is disgusted with the results of the Health Check forms - the tea lady got top marks!
