Jeff faces suspension
Jeff's unprovoked attack on a homeless patient last week - just as he was about to be honoured by Holby College with a bravery award - left his colleagues bewildered. This week, he breaks down and confesses all to Dixie on the day of the memorial service for the students killed in the recent mass-shooting. He reveals that a girl died in his arms. Then, when he heard Devlan go after Simone and Jacob, he hid in fear and did nothing to save anyone. Meanwhile, back at the hospital Ruth is left in charge when Jordan, Adam and Henry are at the college shooting memorable. Determined to prove herself she takes full responsibility for treating Devlan the college gunman. Kirsty takes traumatised Simone to the memorial in bid to help her recovery and manages to impress Adam in the process.
