Joanna Lumley's back on the Nile as a series revisiting her travels

With her wit, warmth and wonderful ability to gain off-the-beaten track access, Joanna Lumley's one of the best TV travel companions around.

This autumn Joanna is taking us around her birth country, India, but before then this delightful series celebrates her previous ITV adventures.

From the comfort of her study, Joanna gives more insights into her travels, starting with her epic 2010 trip along the River Nile, from Egypt to Sudan.

Highlights include Joanna riding a beautiful camel named Charlie Brown, and experiencing the Sudanese Dukhan beauty treatment, which involved sitting over burning wood!
