John struggles to discipline Raffy

Will John regret his suggestion to have Raffy move in with him and Marilyn?

John and Marilyn are worried when its starts to get dark and Raffy hasn't returned home. As the hours pass, Marilyn and John prepare to call the police, when Raffy suddenly walks through the door. Raffy says her phone battery died, but doesn't even offer an apology. How will John and Marilyn enforce their rules on a very independent Raffy?

Meanwhile, Maggie desperately tries to convince Ben to move to Summer Bay and her pleas seem to work as Ben agrees to look at their accounts and sleep on it before they put the proposition forward to the girls. The next morning, Ben and Maggie tell Coco and Ziggy their plans to move and both girls are livid. Maggie takes Coco for a walk along the beach where they bump into Raffy. After Coco and Raffy have a heart to heart, will Coco want to stay in Summer Bay? Meanwhile, Ziggy continues to dig her heels in and tells her parents she wants to move back to the city…

Also, Leah and Alf pitch the idea of buying the pier to Irene, but she says she doesn't have the money to join them on their newest venture. Alf and Leah understand Irene's financial situation, so they go to the bank and get a loan for the sale of the pier. The pair make an offer, but the agent tells them they have been outbid and the pier has a new owner…
