Leah returns from the hospital facing 21 questions from Zac. Meanwhile, Phoebe asks Kat to help her pick a present for Ricky's baby, but the pair discuss Kat’s man problems instead. Leah is on edge as she waits for the doctor to ring, she even snaps at Nate when she can’t find her phone, so he offers to call Dr. Gleeson for her. Suddenly they are interrupted by a phone call and it's bad news for Leah. She has an aneurysm, but she tells everyone she won’t be going in for surgery.
