Mild-mannered gardening guru Alan Titchmarsh and his green-fingered gang – Katie Rushworth, Frances Tophill and David Domoney – visit Eastleigh, Hampshire to build a nautical-themed pleasure garden for Rosie Mitchell, who has been a paediatric nurse for more than three decades. But she's not just a lifesaver and caregiver: Rosie is also a fundraiser extraordinaire and has raised £1.5million for the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit in Southampton.
