They may be young, but the five junior chefs on this entertaining cookery competition make up for their lack of years with a LOT of confidence!

They’re up against adult professional chefs in a series of challenges, and tonight Estie, seven, takes on Californian chef Frank Otte.

The first task is to create tasty finger food – and Frank's a little intimidated by his tiny rival! Can he beat Estie's amazing-looking Korean fried chicken?
