Paul won't accept that his affair with Priya has ended and resolves to win her back. Priya has other ideas, however, and even turns down his offer of a romantic trip to the Whitsunday Islands. Undeterred, Paul opens his heart to Priya, explaining just how much she means to him but he still fails to change her mind. Desperate and hurt by her rejection, Paul faces her again, this time threatening to expose their affair to Ajay if she doesn't come back to him. Will Priya give in to his blackmail? Toadie pulls a sicky to enjoy his last day with Connor before Sonya comes home from her retreat but their plans are curtailed when she returns early. They head to Charlie's for a beer where Toadie learns why Connor is so reluctant to leave - he's avoiding the wedding of his daughter's mother. Believing his friend needs to attend and failing to change his mind, Toadie turns to Sonya for help. Kyle helps Georgia set up the bush dance social but shies away from barn dancing until she eventually persuades him to give it a try. Kyle is still struggling after Jade but a new friendship with Georgia is a step in the right direction.

Patrick McLennan is a London-based journalist and documentary maker who has worked as a writer, sub-editor, digital editor and TV producer in the UK and New Zealand. His CV includes spells as a news producer at the BBC and TVNZ, as well as web editor for Time Inc UK. He has produced TV news and entertainment features on personalities as diverse as Nick Cave, Tom Hardy, Clive James, Jodie Marsh and Kevin Bacon and he co-produced and directed The Ponds, which has screened in UK cinemas, BBC Four and is currently available on Netflix. 

An entertainment writer with a diverse taste in TV and film, he lists Seinfeld, The Sopranos, The Chase, The Thick of It and Detectorists among his favourite shows, but steers well clear of most sci-fi.
