Preparations for Paul's Neighbour Day festival are in full swing but Andrew is feeling anxious following the email he sent the day before. He later overhears Paul's conversation to his accountant explaining that today's event should turn a profit if all of his clientele make an appearance. Andrew's wary about all the money Paul's spending but Paul reassures him everything will be fine. Harry suggests Andrew sends an apology email to everyone, but Summer knows it's going to take a lot more than that to fix things. Andrew figures he'll just have to replace all the missing guests with other people. Following Paul's speech, Declan and Andrew congratulate Paul but he assures the boys that they're the real stars of the day for making everything happen. But things take a turn for the worse when one of Paul's VIPs arrives and angrily asks what the deal is with the email he received. Paul reads it and is shocked. Lucas remains suspicious of Steph and Toadie's relationship, but Rebecca advises him to leave Steph alone. Lucas changes tack and tries to rekindle his relationship with Toadie. Sonya realises he's only doing it to break up Toadie and Steph and warns him to drop his vendetta. But Lucas isn't ready to give up without a fight.
