A one-off special episode of Hollyoaks has been written by heat magazine's acting editor Lucie Cave and deputy editor Jeremy Mark. The episode entitled 'heat does Hollyoaks' will see some of the soap's favourite characters get excited when they hear the magazine is coming to the village. It will also see guest appearances from heat shopping editor Gilly Ferguson and well-known entertainment photographer Nicky Johnston. The episode will see Heidi (Kim Tiddy) get a little over-excited when she finds out that heat want Riley (Rob Norbury) as their Torso of the Week. However, he's got other things on his mind so when Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson, pictured) decides to prep himself and step in, heat relectantly agree. That is until they see someone who they think would would perfectly. Meanwhile, Cheryl (Bronagh Waugh) springs into action knowing that heat will need a venue to hold the shoot in and Brendan (Emmett J Scanlan) stars plotting his own way to make some money. He has a brainwave, which involves his number one client Mitzeee (Rachel Shenton) - something to really get the magazine excited. Elsewhere, the heat journalist (Gilly Ferguson) and photographer (Nicky Johnston) arrive, greeted by a barrage of fans - Brendan really has pulled out all the stops but will Mitzeee play along with his trickery? The episode, heat does Hollyoaks will air on Friday, 18 March at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
