Debbie buys a pregnancy test!

Emmerdale star Jeff Hordley reveals that Cain Dingle is in crisis next week as he fears his big secret will be exposed – plus he'll discover his daughter Debbie could be carrying Joe Tate’s child!

As Graham spirals out of control, Cain visits him at Home Farm and demands he moves on with his life.

“Cain still believes that he killed Joe and Graham disposed of the body. So in his mind, Graham holds all the cards and has the upper hand,” says Jeff Hordley, who plays Cain.

"If Graham told Debbie that Cain “killed” Joe, it would cause a huge rift between Cain and Debbie. Cain’s major worry – more so than being done by the police – is the fear of losing his daughter."

Will Joe Tate live on through a baby with Debbie?

But Graham stays put and, as he seeks solace in the bottle, he gets Priya to evict Debbie from Jacobs Fold. It’s another kick in the teeth for Debs, and when Graham turns up at The Woolpack in a drunken stupor, Cain drags him outside and warns him to get a grip.

Meanwhile, as Graham continues to freefall, young Noah is worried and asks Debbie to try to get through to him.

His sister agrees and hopes that, as Graham previously confided in her about his dead wife, he might open up to her once again.

The brunette urges him to stop drinking, and assumes he’s simply upset about Joe leaving the village. She has no idea there are bigger demons tormenting him.

Unsurprisingly, Cain doesn’t react well when he discovers that Debbie has taken Graham under her wing. However, he soon has something else to worry about when he finds out that Debbie has bought a pregnancy test…

Could his heartbroken daughter be carrying Joe’s child?

Emmerdale continues on ITV.
