The X Factor's Nicole Scherzinger storms off stage during explosive Six Chair Challenge

Nicole came to blows with her fellow judges

The X Factor's Six Chair Challenge reached a dramatic climax this weekend when Nicole Scherzinger stormed out of the arena following a disagreement with her fellow judges.

As the Pussycat Doll took to the podium to choose which Over 25's she'll be taking through to Judges Houses, Nicole quickly became very unpopular with the audience, as well as X Factor boss Simon Cowell.

After quickly filling her six spots, the 39-year-old was blown away by Loverine Fermino’s incredible cover of Jennifer Holliday’s And I Am Telling You, leaving her with a tough decision on her hands.

But when she forced talented singer, Talia Dean to give up her chair, Nicole was met by an almighty boo from the audience – while Simon and Sharon Osbourne jumped out of their seats in disagreement.

And after music mogul, Simon called her 'crazy' for her decision, an overwhelmed Nicole then dramatically stormed out of the arena, slamming the door against the wall in frustration as she left.

The dramatic walk-out comes after viewers saw Simon also face a harsh reaction from the crowd as he picked his six acts going through to the next stage of the show.

After the 58-year-old gave his newly formed group - aptly named New Girl Band - a seat in his final six, it was left to male trio from the Philippines, JBK and girl band, Lemonade to fight for their place in a tense sing off.

Sadly, it was JBK who were sent packing while Lemonade joined the rest of Simon's acts going through to the judges’ houses, including Jack & Joel, Rak-Su, The Cutkelvins and Irish brothers Sean and Conor Price.

Although Simon may have found his final six, the drama is far from over for Nicole who now has to choose between the rest of her acts when the Six Chair Challenge comes to an end at 7pm tonight.

We can't wait to see who she picks!
