Boy band star Lee Ryan was taken into custody for alleged drink driving and suspected possession of cocaine.
The 30-year-old Blue singer/actor was held after he was stopped by police for driving his Range Rover erratically in west London.
Lee was pulled over by police in west London shortly after 5.30am on Friday, April 11.
He allegedly refused to provide a breath test and was taken into custody at a police station.
The Celebrity Big Brother contestant was charged with failing to provide a specimen and criminal damage - reportedly after he urinated in his cell, says The Mirror.
The singer's official spokesperson has released a statement confirming Lee's arrest, saying, "no excuses will be made, but he will be seeking professional help".
"I can confirm that Lee was arrested in the early hours of Friday morning. He was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

"He was charged with failure to provide a specimen and criminal damage. A controlled substance was found in his possession.
"This low point has caused considerable concern to Lee's family, loved ones, and of course the Blue boys. No excuses will be made on Lee's behalf, but he will be seeking professional help for those issues that he has been unable to overcome on his own."
Class A drugs were allegedly found after a search of Lee and his car but the charge is pending as the substances are tested.
The father of two was bailed to appear at in court next month.
A Met Police spokesman said: “Lee Ryan, 30, will appear on bail at Ealing Magistrates' court on Friday, May 2, charged with failing to provide a specimen and criminal damage.”
