Is Carla ready to run the factory again?

Coronation Street has revealed Carla Connor will get a surprise offer from Alya Nazir – she will sell her the factory for the value of Aidan’s original stake.

Alya has had the change of heart after watching a DVD interview Aidan gave to a student about his role as a kidney donor when he was in hospital in February.

Alya is forced to do a lot of soul searching after seeing the Aidan Connor DVD

She’s moved by seeing how much Aidan’s family meant to him and now a post on the official Coronation Street website has revealed she hands Aidan’s DVD over to Carla and tells her she realises the importance of family.

That’s why she’s giving Carla the chance to buy back Aidan’s stake in the factory from her - Carla is shocked!

She’s also delighted, but is this the end of it? It appears not as Carla and ex hubby Peter then let themselves into the factory.

Carla quickly becomes emotional about her dead brother. Could she really run the factory again with all those memories of Aidan? She might think it’s time to make a clean break from the factory…

Coronation Street continues on ITV tonight at 7.30pm.
