Danny Dyer marries childhood sweetheart Joanne Mas: 'Without her, I would be nothing'
EastEnders star Danny Dyer married long-term partner Joanne Mas and the couple told Hello magazine about their big day
Danny Dyer said he would be 'nothing' without the love of his childhood sweetheart Joanne Mas as the two finally tied the knot.
Jo, 39, proposed to EastEnders star Danny on Valentine’s Day last year. They married on September 3 at an intimate ceremony in Hampshire.
The soap actor, 39, told Hello! magazine: “To be standing here with the girl I grew up with – looking so beautiful in her wedding dress – that is a lovely thing.
“Jo is my best girl – the love of my life. Without her, I would be nothing.”
Jo wore a flamenco-inspired gown alongside a cathedral-length veil stretching down to the floor. As a nod to her father’s Spanish roots, she carried a bouquet fashioned like a fan.

“I have dreamed about this day my whole life and I just wanted it to be perfect,” Jo said.
Mick Carter actor Danny’s co-star Kellie Bright, who plays his on-screen wife Linda, said she was honoured to be involved in the wedding.
“I am very, very happy to be part of their day,” she said. “I couldn’t be more honoured.”
The couple’s children were given key roles in the wedding, with Dani, 19, serving as her mother’s maid-of-honour.
Nine-year-old Sunnie was chosen as a bridesmaid while two-year-old Arty was picked as the page boy.
Danny’s sister Kayleigh also stepped in as 'best woman' when original best man – Danny’s brother Tony – was forced to drop out of the wedding, as his own wife was giving birth.
