The trials of Ian Beale continue in Albert Square as he’s set to be visited by a spirited bunch of relations.
For Children In Need, EastEnders will be broadcasting a special episode which sees the long-suffering Ian (Adam Woodyatt) haunted by the ghosts of his mum Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), ex-wife Cindy (Michelle Collins), their recently murdered daughter Lucy (Hetti Bywater) and Pat Butcher (Pam St Clement) mother of Ian’s half-brother, David Wicks, according to The Sun.
A source said: “All the characters have a link to Ian Beale and they are going to come back to haunt him in scenes that will feature his past and present.”
But it would only be for one spooky night for the charity event.
Pat Butcher passed away from cancer in 2012, Ian’s mother Kathy was killed off in a car accident in 2006 after leaving Albert Square, and his ex-wife Cindy died in childbirth in 1998.
The sketch will be go out live from the Elstree set of EastEnders on Friday 14 November.
EastEnders continues on BBC1, Monday, October 20, 8.00pm.
