Are Sacha and Chrissie in crisis?

Chrissie fears her marriage is on the rocks this week and finds an unlikely ally to help her save it. Chrissie and Sacha's relationship has been strained after Sacha discovered last week that she had confided in AAU boss Michael and not him about her breast cancer scare. Chrissie's convinced Sacha's still angry when she finally sees him at work, as he had left the house without saying goodbye. Sacha dismisses her fears as they work together to treat Harriet, who's arrived with a laceration on her arm after falling through a glass door.

Chrissie goes to pick Sacha's daughter Rachel up from school, as she isn't feeling well. But later Rachel admits to Chrissie that she had been fighting with some girls who'd made cruel jibes about Sacha having paid Chrissie to marry him. Rachel tells Chrissie she fears their marriage is in trouble; Sacha is behaving just like he was before he divorced her mother. Can Rachel's words get Chrissie and Sacha's marriage back on track?

Meanwhile, Tara is given the opportunity to assist in theatre, and she's determined everything will go to plan. But when she experiences another symptom of her tumour, will she be forced to admit defeat?

Also, Chantelle feels she has little reason to celebrate her birthday, and asks Arthur to keep it a secret. However, when the team throw her a surprise party it's clear that she's thrilled much to Arthur's confusion.
