Seeing that Sophie hates being stuck in hospital, Chris spends the afternoon with her and gets an idea to cheer her up. Recruiting Aidan and Kate, he redecorates her hospital room to look more like her bedroom back home, and supplies her with a burger as a change to hospital food. Reminded of the relationship he had with Aidan, Chris asks him to give him another chance, promising that he's a changed man and is ready to commit. Not convinced, Aidan declines but Chris vows to Summer that he's going to win him back. Paul and Andrew agree the purchase of Charlie's and Andrew prepares to take the reins by learning how to handle his epilepsy, including organising the removal of the bar's strobe lights. It also means avoiding driving the new company car Paul's provided for him, something that only antagonises Tash, and he realises that keeping his secret will only make winning back his friends more difficult. Priya and Susan have dinner together and the subject of Paul comes up, with Susan remarking on how many women seem to find him attractive. When they bump into Paul as they leave, Priya's interest in him seems to be rekindled.
