In this ‘great outdoors’-themed episode, Mary heads to windy north Cornwall to be inspired by its wonderful seafood and make some picnic and barbecue favourites.

In the picturesque village of Port Isaac, Mary catches up with Michelin-starred local chef Nathan Outlaw, who makes her mackerel with a zingy salad.

A simple Spanish tortilla is next, followed by spatchcocked poussin for the BBQ.

The final dish of the day is a perfectly wobbly panna cotta with ginger and pineapple salsa.
