Daniel Osbourne and Sinead name their son Bertie, Ken’s pleased at the nod to Uncle Albert and finally makes peace with Sinead for the way he first treated her. Daniel is chuffed that the pair have let bygones be bygones.

Later, The doctor takes Daniel aside, out of earshot of Sinead, and breaks the news to him that Bertie has a bowel condition. But when Sinead asks how he’s doing, Daniel covers not wanting to upset her. Will she see through his lies?
