It's bad news for Debbie at the hospital - very bad: Sarah isn't getting better and she isn't stable, she's getting worse. The little girl is developing leukaemia and desperately needs a bone marrow transplant. Cameron tries to comfort Debbie and reassure her, but Debbie's not listening. The way she sees it, Sarah can't wait for the baby; she needs her saviour sibling right now and frightened Debbie decides she wants her baby induced - immediately! Laurel can't wait to move on with her life and is busy packing up the house she shared with Ashley so she can move into the house she's going to share with Marlon (and Lizzie and Marlon's dog and any stray Dingle that may need a roof over their head for a while). But what about Gabby? The little girl has not fallen for Marlon's goofy charm and wants nothing to do with him. It's a worry. Ashley, though, has one less thing to worry about: he's got through his first day on the farm (and without Moira making a pass at him!) And there appears to be an easing of the tension between Paddy and Marlon when Paddy makes Marlon smile. Are the old friends friends again? No. Marlon's smiling because he's watching Paddy do his Community Service! *Second episode* The doctor won't induce Debbie - now Cameron has to try again to calm her. But he's got Carl texting him and none of the messages are making Cameron LOL. Cameron gets away from the hospital and visits Carl, thinking he can appeal to Carl's better nature by explaining just how sick Sarah is. But Carl doesn't have a better nature, just a bitter one. He enjoys seeing Cameron squirm and tells him things will get a lot worse if he doesn't get his money. The way Cameron sees it there's only one thing left for him to do... Is it: tell Debbie the truth? No. It's: steal the money - from Debbie's business. Marlon has made Laurel's whole life his business and moved her into his house - but it's not exactly a happy home. Even Lizzie can see that Gabby is desperately unhappy, but Marlon still feels he can win over the little girl. Marlon also feels sorry for Paddy when his tyres are let down by his fellow crims doing Community Service, so he offers him a lift home. Or is Marlon just making sure Paddy returns to Emmerdale? You wouldn't blame him if he were.
