EastEnders Chantelle Atkins is scared of Grey

Chantelle Atkins has another nasty encounter with her husband, Kathy Beale has a warning for Ben Mitchell and Denise Fox is worried by Jack Branning.

Chantelle Atkins makes a shock discovery about her husband Gray Atkins in Tuesday’s episode of EastEnders (7.30 pm, see our TV Guide for full listings). When she talks to Jack Branning about the fight Gray was involved in, she’s stunned to discover that he was the one who instigated it.

After confronting her husband, Chantelle is alarmed when he starts to kick off and she confesses that he scares her. Promising to sort himself out, Gray asks Chantelle to go to his therapy session with him. Is he finally making progress to put an end to his horrifying violent outbursts?

Kathy Beale is frustrated by son Ben Mitchell’s behaviour and she warns him to change is ways or lose everything he’s got. Nursing a hangover, Ben tells Kathy to mind her own business. Ben’s nephew Bobby Beale witnesses the argument. When he sees Ben’s boyfriend Callum Highway he tells him about his concerns for his uncle. He also encourages Callum to join up with the police if that’s what he really wants, however, despite Ben’s opposition.

Trying to find a solution to sort out Ben’s head, Kathy asks Lola Pearce to get him interested in his family. Lola plans a weekend away for Ben and their daughter Lexi Pearce. Ben agrees but his good mood takes a downward turn when Callum has something to ask him…

Denise Fox talks to Patrick Trueman about her worries over her relationship with police officer Jack Branning. Denise reveals that Jack is a closed book and refuses to open up about his feelings, which is putting strain on them. After her chat with Patrick, Denise gets a bit of inspiration and she realises just what Jack needs to help him out.
