Ross Barton lines up a date with Rebecca White but his brother Pete isn't convinced it's a good idea
At the Bartons', Pete reels when a date is set up for his brother Ross Barton and Rebecca White.
Given that Ross (Mike Parr, who is leaving the soap) is in such a bad place following the acid attack, and Rebecca is still recovering from a crash which wiped out most of her family, Pete's (Anthony Quinlan) is worried it's a recipe for disaster.
Meanwhile, Debbie is stressed too. With Pete gunning for her, she's terrified he's going to reveal her secret about her responsibility for Ross' acid attack. So far, only a handful of people know she was behind the crime and she is desperate for it to stay that way.
Following her baby scan, during which Chas was given shock news, the barmaid is hoping the sonographer has made a mistake.
