Annoyed that he's still in hospital, Heston is in a foul mood and is a terrible patient despite being surrounded by cards and presents from well wishers. His nurse Cassandra doesn't stand for any of his grumpiness and chastises him for his behaviour. Julia visits Heston with gifts from the others including an iPod from Simon. Later, Heston apologises to Cassandra and gives her some of his flowers. Elsewhere, Cherry and Jimmi join forces to treat a patient and have a brilliant time together.
