Liam Donovan threatens Harry's ex, Sadie Cressington, leaving her terrified about what he'll do next. Is Sadie's life in danger?
Liam Donovan (Jude Monk McGowan) plays hardball with Harry Thompson’s ex, Sadie Cressington, leaving her shaken and scared.
Harry’s former girlfriend Sadie (Alexa Lee), who is pregnant with Harry's baby, is the one person who could prove Harry is innocent of the hit and run that left Grace Black seriously injured and put her in a wheelchair.
Harry was with Sadie at the time of the horror crash and Sadie could be the perfect alibi but, thanks to Liam’s meddling, so far she has been reluctant to go the police and clear Harry’s name.
Scheming Liam Donovan, who actually caused the smash with Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe), is doing everything within his power to make sure Sadie doesn’t help Harry. So long as the blame continues to be directed at Harry, he and Mercedes will be off the hook!
Meanwhile Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) wants to help Harry, who he was once engaged to, and cooks up a plan to reel Sadie in and get her on board. He calls Sadie and tells her that Harry has a terminal illness and is actually dying in order to guilt trip her into meeting him at the Tea House.
Sadie turns up, but when Harry emerges from the wings she realises it’s all been a set up. Ste urges Sadie to tell Harry why she is refusing to be his alibi and why she’s been hiding away but Sadie, who is scared of Liam, refuses to give anything away.
Meanwhile, Liam is keeping a very close eye on Sadie to make sure she doesn’t crack and blab, and is secretly watching her as he hides in the corner of the Tea house, behind a newspaper!
With a frustrated Harry and Ste unable to make any headway with Sadie they leave but once they’re out of the picture, Liam pounces on Sadie and tells her she needs to get out of the village immediately or he’ll make her regret it! Is Sadie's life in danger?
A panicked Sadie runs from the Tea House but bumps into James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan). Feeling scared and vulnerable, Sadie reveals that someone has paid her to keep quiet about Harry and she’s feeling seriously threatened.
Will James work out that it’s Liam who’s been blackmailing Sadie?
Elsewhere and following recent events, Mercedes is feeling upbeat but her husband Sylver (David Tag) is suspicious about her sudden change of mood and is convinced it’s down to her taking drugs again. When he confronts her, a fiery argument erupts.
Plus Tom Cunningham (Ellis Hollins) has come up with a new venture for the school holidays, a summer camp for kids called Tom’s Turtles. He tells Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) and Yazz Maalik (Haiesha Mistry) about it but what will they think of his latest enterprise?
