She and Darren (Ashley Taylor-Dawson) are at hospital for their final check-up, along with Tom who has come along for moral support. Once Mandy's been given the all clear, Darren receives a text message from Juliet Quinn  asking if she can meet him.

Darren sets off to see Juliet (Niamh Blackshaw), who he’s been helping through all the emotional fallout with her brother Romeo. Teen Juliet is totally smitten and is planning to tell Darren that she’s in love with him.

Meanwhile, with her check-up over Mandy suddenly feels a terrible pain and realises she’s going into labour. Tom (Ellis Hollins) frantically calls Darren who takes the call just before Juliet has confessed her love for him.
