Ollie Morgan goes down on bended knee to ask his pregnant girlfriend Brooke to be his wife. Will she say yes?
Ollie Morgan (Aedan Duckworth) has been super-excited ever since discovering his girlfriend Brooke Hathaway (Talia Grant) is pregnant with their baby in Hollyoaks (See our TV Guide for full listings).
Yesterday he told everyone he was more than ready to become a teenage dad but it’s clear Brooke is struggling with the enormity of the life-changing situation.
As she and Ollie go for their 12-week scan, Brooke, who's autistic, is overcome with emotion when she sees their baby on the screen and starts feeling overwhelmed when the midwife begins asking her lots of questions.
Ollie and his friend Imran Maalik (Ijaz Rana) are worried about Brooke and wonder whether perhaps she needs more security prompting Ollie to swing into action.
He goes down on bended knee in the school yard and asks Brooke to marry him! Will she say yes or is it all too much for Brooke?
Elsewhere Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) tried to come to Maxine Minniver’s financial rescue by bagging her a job at Price Slice with the Deveraux family.
Martine Deveraux (Kelle Bryan) has got no time for Maxine after all the lies and deception she has heaped on everyone in the village, and refuses to work with her. However Walter (Trevor A Toussaint) is impressed with Maxine’s work-ethic when she does a trial shift and offers her a job!
Meanwhile tensions flare when Scott Drinkwell (Ross Adams) pushes Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams) to choose between him and Cleo.
A confused Mitchell has been in denial about his feelings for Scott following their kiss and tries to move forward with Cleo by putting down a deposit on a flat.
Cleo and Mitchell celebrate the news that they’re going to be homeowners with drinks at The Dog but Mitchell has some harsh words for Scott, who’s also there, when he tells him he bitterly regrets their kiss and Scott should go and play make believe with someone else! OUCH.
A drunk Scott is devastated by Mitchell’s cruel knock-back and in an emotional state, he writes a vengeful note for Cleo saying, ‘Your boyfriend is a liar’, and posts it under the door of the couple's new flat.
Is all hell about to break loose when Cleo finds the note? And is the huge secret Mitchell’s been keeping from her, about to be discovered?
