In yesterday’s episode, Cleo’s boyfriend Toby Faroe (Bobby Gordon) took matters into his own hands when he was sure a man called Adrian had been abusing his step son, Tommy, one of Cleo’s hospital patients.
Both Cleo and Toby have been victims of abuse and the pair have suddenly become very involved with Tommy's situation.
However, tonight it’s Cleo who’s feeling the heat when DS Cohen (Ariana Fraval) shows up at the hospital asking questions about Adrian.
Suddenly Cleo is forced to lie to protect herself. What exactly have Toby and Cleo done?
Meanwhile, Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) is worried he’s going to be sent down after the whole laptop heist debacle and the subsequent blackmailing threats from Katja (Caroline Koziol).
Warren’s dismissive behaviour immediately upsets his girlfriend, Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) who is later horrified to discover that Warren has been lying to her for weeks.
Elsewhere, the Maalik family celebrate Eid, but matriarch Misbah (Harvey Virdi) lies to Sami (Rishi Nair) about where she is getting the money from to settle Shaq Qureshi’s (Omar Maalik) debts.
Plus dancer Marco (AJ Pritchard) is excited about being left in charge while dance teacher Trish Minniver (Denise Walsh) is away with Fergus Collins (Robert Beck).
Conniving Marco is pleased that he can now put his plan into action, along with his brother Jacob (Curtis Pritchard) to steal all of Trish’s clients!
However his plotting doesn’t quite work out the way he was was expecting!
Meanwhile Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) jumps to conclusions and thinks that her girlfriend, Juliet Nightingale (Niamh Blackshaw), might be drug dealing again when Juliet is caught lying to her.
What exactly is Juliet hiding?
