Hollyoaks spoilers: Shock diagnosis! Has Maxine Minniver got just months to live?
There are fears for Maxine Minniver's health when Misbah thinks she could be suffering from a brain disease
Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) has been battling recent health problems. She dramatically collapsed on New Year’s Eve and ever since has been experiencing sudden bouts of faintness.
Maxine, mum to daughter Minnie, had another strange turn yesterday which worried her friend Liberty Savage (Abi Phillips) but Maxine made Liberty promise not to say anything to her boyfriend Damon, not wanting to alarm or scare him.
Tonight, an oblivious Damon (Jacob Roberts) promises to take Maxine and Minnie out for ice cream to cheer his girlfriend up, but unfortunately he gets held up at work and Maxine is left waiting. As the minutes tick by, Maxine suddenly feels faint again and dramatic events unfold which leave her being rushed to hospital.
Doctor Misbah Maalik (Harvey Virdi) is perplexed with what’s wrong with Maxine and starts to think she could be suffering with a brain disease.
Misbah is worried that if her fears are right, Maxine could only have a few months left to live.
Is Misbah about to share her grave concerns and possible diagnosis with patient Maxine?
Hollyoaks is shown weekdays on C4 at 6.30pm with the next episode following on E4
