We're big fans of Joanna Lumley's travelogues, because she always takes us off the beaten track to discover some unexpected gems.
Her latest adventure is no exception as she travels to India, the country where she was born, for this epic three-part documentary.
In tonight's first episode, Joanna travels from the very south of the country all the way to the foothills of the Himalayas.
Highlights include a chance encounter with a herd of wild Indian elephants, exploring the world's biggest film studio complex for new movie industry, Tollywood, and visiting The Residency in Sikkim, where her mum grew up.
