Have crime fighters turned into criminals in Midsomer?
Barnaby and Winter get a run for their money in the crime-solving stakes when they encounter the Bleakridge Watch, a militant group that keeps tabs on Midsomer’s most remote village.
But when a butcher who is a member of the group is found dead in his freezer, bitter resentment against the unit's killjoy tendencies, a crime from the past and a spate of burglaries come to light as the bodies start to mount up.
Meanwhile, the intriguing history between Winter and Kam comes to the fore as they go out for a drink…
