Mo gives Fletch an ultimatum...

Nurse Fletch still feels guilty that the failed robbery led to the attack on colleague Adele, who's still in intensive care. Meanwhile, Adele's sister Mo and mum Ina sit by her bedside hoping she'll wake up. Mo also feels abandoned when she learns her dad Clifford has left Holby. Fletch reveals Clifford left to protect her, then confesses all – the failed robbery, his involvement and the threat the gang made towards her. Realising she was the intended target for the attack, Mo lashes out at Fletch and tells him she'll be calling the police!

Later, Mo tells Fletch she's not going to the police and she's giving him a second chance… but on the condition that he leaves Holby – in one month! A gobsmacked Fletch is left wondering what he's going to do…

When Oliver sees Zosia arrive for work in Seb's car, he seems determined to find out more about the 'status' of their relationship. Elliot's witnessed Ollie and Zosia's flirty banter but Ollie warns him to stop trying to play Cupid – and it's a good job, too, as Ollie then annoys Zosia by organising a psych consult for a patient behind her back. Later, Ollie's rocked when Zosia makes a startling declaration…

Also, when a young patient turns up, Jesse is given a stark reminder of his dire track record when it comes to relationships. Confronted by his fiancee’s uncertain recovery, a fearful Jesse struggles to imagine his future with Adele.
