Mrs Tembe is feeling the strain...

Mrs Tembe wonders if the self check-in machine is a mistake, especially when it starts making an annoying buzzing sound. At a meeting, Mrs Tembe is distracted and tired as they discuss the check-in machine, and the partners convince her to continue the machine's trial, even though she now wants to get rid. She even gets Karen in to back her up, but Karen says that actually the machine isn't all bad.

Zara brings Mrs Tembe a gift - a bright picture to replace the monstrosity in her office. With Mrs Tembe still not sure whether to replace it, Zara tells her if she doesn't like it, change it. Pondering that, Mrs Tembe marches out into reception and turns the machine off!

Later, Mrs Tembe admits to Jimmi that she's having trouble sleeping, as her student neighbours make noise at all hours. Speaking to them hasn't helped, so Jimmi suggests that she invite him round for dinner, to make it feel more homely again.
