Shane's in BIG trouble after defending Mackenzie by roughing-up school bully Ollie on Neighbours. Could he face assault charges?
Uh-oh, Shane Rebecchi (played by Nicholas Coghlan) may regret his violent outburst against teenage school bully Ollie Sudekis (Ellmir Asipi) on Neighbours (opens in new tab), after Ollie's mum threatens to go to the police.
Since Shane already has a criminal record and has now assaulted a minor, he could be facing prison time...
Shane's wife Dipi (Sharon Johal) is in disbelief about what he has done. But when Shane reveals a BIG secret and the reason he feels so responsible for transgender teenager Mackenzie Hargreaves (Georgie Stone), Dipi begins to understand why he did what he did.
However, the truth may not be enough to save Shane, especially when Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne), headmistress at Erinsborough High School, tells Dipi that Shane has gone too far...
Meanwhile, despite the conspiracy of his various ex-wives, Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) DID marry Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) last week, and now the newlyweds are on their honeymoon in London.
While in 'ol Blighty, Paul and Terese decide it would be a good opportunity to meet Paul's granddaughter Harlow Robinson's (Jemma Donovan) mum, Prudence Wallace (played by Denise Van Outen).
But why does Harlow panic when Paul and Terese message to let her know their plans? Why doesn't Harlow want them to meet her mum?
Elsewhere in Ramsay Street, Finn Kelly (Rob Mills) is still getting increasingly ratty over other people getting involved in Elly Conway's (Jodi Anasta) pregnancy. Finn feels his brother Shaun Watkins should be more involved, since he is the baby's father. But because Shaun lives in Switzerland, Elly has somehow managed to push him out of the picture.
So when Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) and his husband David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) have an idea to build a baby crib for Elly, as a surprise when she returns from visiting her mum in Sydney, Finn gets on his high horse.
Finn warns David to butt-out of the baby business and cruelly suggests he should have a child of his own instead of getting so attached Elly's baby. Rude!
