The day of the official launch of the Sonya Rebecchi Foundation arrives, and Toadie Rebecchi plans to gather everyone at the lake and make a heartfelt speech about his late-wife, Sonya.

However, there's an unexpected change of plans when maintenance work near the lake means the event has to be relocated to the local Community Centre.

But as the residents of Erinsborough gather at the Community Centre, they're unaware someone has left canisters of poison gas in the air vents...

Meanwhile, policeman Mark Brennan receives an anonymous tip-off about the poison gas peril and races to the scene of the crime.

But it's chaos at the Community Centre as the poison gas starts to take effect on Toadie's guests, and people start to cough and collapse including Sheila Canning...

He has reported LIVE from the red carpet at The British Soap Awards interviewing glammed-up stars from soapland, and hosted a Facebook LIVE session for Metro with Home and Away legend Ray Meagher (Alf "Stone the flamin' crows!" Stewart) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Aussie soap.
