Presenter Reggie Yates grew up on an estate much like the one where the tragic Grenfell Tower stood.
In this moving one-off film, he wants to learn more about some of the people who lost their lives in the horrific fire – to tell their stories, find out who they were and discover the part they played in the vibrant and diverse community that has been devastated by the tragedy.
One victim was a young British Moroccan called Yasin El-Wahabi who, it’s thought, lost his life by running back into the tower to try and save his family.
Another was Jessica Urbano Ramirez, one of the 18 children who lost their lives. A poignant tribute.
