Stars from the worlds of sport, music and TV join forces for C4's fundraising extravaganza

A bumper week of special Stand Up to Cancer programmes concludes with tonight's star-studded main event, hosted by Davina McCall, Alan Carr and Adam Hills, plus a special appearance by Steve Coogan.

This live broadcast will see pairs of famous faces taking each other on in various celebrity challenges, from José Mourinho and John Bishop trading dad jokes to Rick Astley playing Meat Loaf at Buckaroo and Broadchurch's David Tennant and Olivia Colman reuniting for a very spicy afternoon tea.

We're also promised sketches from the cast of C4's Humans, The Fall's Jamie Dornan, and a celebrity special of Gogglebox.
