Nancy storms over to the Roscoes' to confront Lindsey about Charlie’s confession. Nancy leaves thinking Charlie didn't actually see anything at all, but Lindsey tells Kim they need to make sure Trevor stays in the frame for the Gloved Hand murders. Meanwhile, with Grace torn over whether to let Trevor see Curtis, Grace and Esther bump into him in the village and they have a heated row, which is witnessed by Lindsey.
When Lindsey tells Kim that ‘Trevor’ is going to kill the woman that ruined his life, Kim races to The Loft to save Grace, but realises too late that Lindsey's going after Esther. Lindsey injects Esther and plants Trevor's wallet at the scene – but she's unaware her own earring has fallen off, too…
Alfie wakes up at the Roscoes' and is sad when Cindy doesn’t seem bothered he's there. Mac then arrives at the Roscoes' and asks Cindy to talk to Alfie with him, but she refuses. Later, Alfie gives Cindy a bag of things she missed out on: a picture of him at a fancy dress competition, his first science award and his hospital ID armband from when he had cancer. It seems mother and son are getting to know each other…
When Celine hears that the hospital is re-doing Ziggy's poster campaign, but with real hospital staff, she encourages Tegan to take part.
Also, Neeta returns to The Dog.
