Zara officially returns to work and Ruth offers a friendly ear if she wants a chat - much to her surprise Zara accepts. Zara reveals to Ruth she liked being with Jack because he didn’t ask any difficult questions, and she didn’t have to face her true predicament. Now its all come crashing down around her, and although she doesn’t want children now, what if she changes her mind? Ruth sympathises and tentatively goes to hug Zara, and for the first time Zara accepts the hug, worried for her future. Julia has a PCT meeting, but is devastated about Ocean and Marlin. Jimmi receives another gift from his number one fan - a fruitcake! Also, a man desperate to perform for both his ‘perfect’ girlfriend and the sperm clinic begs Daniel for some medical assistance.
