Tragedy! OMG, are you still reeling from the shock turn of events in tonight's episode of Hollyoaks on E4? SPOILERS AHEAD...

As the big Storm Week continues in Hollyoaks, the bad weather has claimed its first life...Tegan Lomax!

In Tuesday's E4 episode, things weren't looking good for hospital nurse Tegan after she was struck by a falling tree while out searching for her missing daughter Rose in the storm. But we never thought she'd be a goner - as so often the folk of Hollyoaks Village end-up at Dee Valley Hospital are back on their feet a few days later!

But in tonight’s E4 episode, Tegan was awake in the hospital surrounded by her family. Everything seemed OK. But just as Tegan's siblings Ste and Leela were about to leave, Tegan suddenly fell unconscious, and doctors desperately trying to resuscitate her.

But it seems Tegan is dead.

Although death doesn't mean the end in Hollyoaks, as the long-running soap has featured plenty of ghosts and back-from-the-dead shockers over the years!

However, we'll certainly miss Tegan (played by actress Jessica Ellis, making her exit five years after she made her first Hollyoaks appearance in 2013) and wonder how Ste will deal with his sister's death, since Tegan was struck by the tree when Ste pushed his new husband Harry Thompson out of the way to safety.

Storm Week continues in Hollyoaks all this week at 6:30pm on Channel 4 with the next episode showing from 7:00pm on E4
