Kiefer Sutherland will star as a troubled hitman in a one-off film on Sky Arts 1 HD.

Marked will see the 24 star play James, a desperate, debt-ridden man who is asked by his neighbour, played by Kevin McNally, to carry out a hit in return for a large sum of money.

However, when James goes to the potential victim's house he gets a big shock when he comes to face to face with a mystery man played by Stephen Fry, who recently co-starred with Kiefer in 24: Live Another Day.

The 30-minute film, which will screen this Christmas, is part of the channel's Playhouse Presents… strand of dramas and comedy and has been written by actor Greg Ellis, who has also appeared in 24 as well as Pirates of the Caribbean and Star Trek.

In her spare time, Caren enjoys going to the cinema and theatre or curling up with a good book.
