Steven Kastrissios's brutal vengeance movie The Horseman is now screening in 30 UK cinemas, after getting rave notices from a host of recent film festivals including Film4's Frightfest.

Originally slated for just a handful of screens in London, the violent Aussie thriller has since gone on to add 25 more screens across the country. In the tradition of revenge classics like Straw Dogs and Death Wish, The Horseman is not for the fainted hearted.

Unforgettable and extreme to the max, it's a blazing debut from Steven Kastissios - a first-time director who's destined for a bloody great future.
