Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism, 9 pm, BBC One
Model and reality star Christine McGuinness discovered she is autistic at the age of 33 while filming a documentary about raising her three autistic children with TV presenter Paddy McGuinness, from whom she’s since separated. This week, Christine returns in a fascinating follow-up film, which not only reveals how the diagnosis has changed her life but also looks at why autism in women and girls has traditionally been misunderstood as it’s largely considered to be a male condition. Christine speaks to experts and hears from women whose misdiagnoses have led to further suffering in this truly remarkable documentary. ★★★★★ RM
The Bay, 9 pm, ITV1, ITVX (box set)
With his money worries, marital problems and second mobile phone, more and more evidence appears to be linking widowed father-of-four Dean (the excellent Joe Armstrong) with the fatal arson attack on the family home. But seasoned viewers of the Morecambe-set crime drama will be wary of jumping to any conclusions this early in the series… Away from the case, we can’t wait to find out about what’s putting a spring in the step and a smile on the face of the usually downbeat DI Manning (Daniel Ryan), and see how much longer will it be happy families for Jenn (Marsha Thomason) now that her partner’s ex-wife, Jacqui (Claire Goose), has her feet under the table. ★★★★ IM
The Piano: The Final, from 9 pm Channel 4, More4

This uncynical talent search has been perhaps the most uplifting sleeper hit of recent years. And the final episode, in which the four pianists discovered at railway stations rehearse for and perform at the Royal Festival Hall, does not disappoint. It’s got it all – expert avuncular tutorials from judges Lang Lang and Mika, new compositions, and heartening stories of lives turned around and friendships forged. As well as the captivating performances on stage, a Performer of the Night is crowned (and congratulated graciously by the others) and there is a lovely final surprise. The Piano: The Concert follows (10.15pm, More4). Bravo! ★★★★★ NT
Series two of the feel-good football comedy drama ended on a bittersweet note, as London club AFC Richmond secured promotion to the top flight, but their fish-out-of-water American coach Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) lost his right-hand man Nate ‘The Great’ (Nick Mohammed) to Premier League rivals West Ham United. Now Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) steps up as assistant coach alongside Beard (Brendan Hunt) at Richmond, who are widely predicted to finish bottom of the league. As we rejoin both clubs for the new season, tensions run high as Nate and Ted meet on opposing sides. IM

Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) is back, and it's time to round off season 4 now that the second part has landed on Netflix. When we left off, we found out the true identity of the Eat the Rich Killer, and it looks like Joe's got a new adversary to contend with.
All episodes are available to watch, making it the perfect show to binge watch this week, and there's plenty of drama in store as well as some fun cameos...
