Double eviction sees Dustin and Bruce leave Celeb Big Brother

Dustin Diamond and Bruce Jones have become the latest casualties of Celebrity Big Brother following Friday night's double eviction.

The former Saved By The Bell star was first to leave during the show, after receiving the fewest number of votes deciding which of the six nominated housemates they wanted to save.

Bruce was evicted later in the evening, after losing out to remaining nominees Abz Breen, Louie Spence, Lauren Harries and his former Coronation Street co-star Vicky Entwistle.

And both appeared resigned to their fate - with Dustin admitting that while he had enjoyed his time in the house it "was time" for him to depart.

"I loved everybody in there," he said, adding that while he had barely seen any of the show before entering the house he had relied on his 'ability to get along with people' to get through the experience.

He added that the boredom had been the most challenging part of being in the house.

"It's massive," he confessed. "You run out of things to talk about and then you just stare at the floor and ceiling."

Bruce, meanwhile, did not seem surprised to learn that he had been evicted, although admitted the lead-up to the announcement had been "the worst hour of my life".

However he revealed that his time in the house had changed him, saying: "It's been a great experience, I've learnt to be patient and I've been on a hell of a journey."

Eight Celebrity Big Brother housemates now remain following Friday's departures.
